Eyelids play an integral part in protecting our eyes from an external environment. They are small and delicate structures that require immaculate and skilled hands while performing a surgery. The question arises as to why one needs an upper eyelid surgery. It is because, as we age, our skin starts to wither out, the soft tissues around the eyes starts to give way and lose its elasticity and as a result, the eyelids become saggy and droopy. The first sign of aging appears in the eyes.

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

  1. >>Excess skin over the upper eyelids
  2. >>Lose eyelids that cause weakens the eyesight
  3. >>Small upper eye surface

What would you expect your surgeon to do?

In this surgery, the surgeon will first point out the exact areas from where excess tissues are to be removed. He will then move on to making small tiny incisions on the eyelids, removing the excess fat or repositioned if needed. The loose skin is, however, removed. Through fine sutures, the incisions are closed. Expect a certain degree of swelling and bruising, and scars fade away over time. Cold compresses and lying down should make the healing process swifter.

Look great and blink easily with an upper eyelid surgery!!!
